Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Visa and Mastercard and most major credit and debit cards are accepted through our secure on-line Nochex or PayPal facility.

If paying by cheque your order will be shipped as soon as your cheque has cleared.

If you wish to collect from us you will not be charged for delivery and we will accept cash.

Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
Shipping And Handling We have a simple delivery charge of £3.95 to cover carriage, administration and packing for orders to the UK and Northern Ireland.

Orders to European destinations will be charged at £4.95.

Orders to elsewhere in the world will be charged at £5.95.

Goods will be shipped by a National Carrier or by post as appropriate.

Optional insurance is offered. On UK orders the cost is 70p and on international orders the cost is £3.50.

We do not refund for lost packages unless the insurance is taken.
Delivery Schedule We will normally despatch your order in 4 business days by Royal Mail 1st Class post. The Royal Mail does not deem a package to be missing until 15 business days have elapsed. If your order has not arrived in 15 days please notify us.

For international orders please allow up to 28 days. If you require your order more quickly please call us on +44 (0)1908 210952 and we will do our best for you.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security We do not ask for credit card details. All payments are made via the secure sites of either Nochex or PayPal.

Returns Policy Irina's Crafts offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products purchased. This means that if you are not satisfied with any product you purchase from us you may return it to us up to 7 days after receipt of your order, provided they are unused, unopened and kept in the original packaging. Please note that postal or courier charges are not refundable (Unless the product is found to be defective). If you are returning goods, you have to make your own arrangements for shipping the goods to our premises and at your own cost. On successful receipt of the returned goods we will refund the full amount (excluding any postal or courier charges) within 30 days. If we are collecting goods on your behalf then we will deduct the cost of collection from your refund.

Defective items may be returned for a full refund INCLUDING the cost of any postal or courier charges. Simply return any item to the returns address detailed below. Please remember to include a copy of your invoice. Alternatively please enclose your name, address (including postcode), e-mail address or daytime telephone number. In the case of a defective product, please provide a brief description of the fault.

Remittance Terms We accept payment for UK orders via Nochex, PayPal, Royal Mail postal orders or personal cheque. If paying by cheque we allow 4 working days for your cheque to clear through the banking system before despatching your order.

For international orders we only accept payment via Nochex or PayPal.

If you are close enough to collect your order we will accept cash and no delivery charge will be made.
